Profile of King Lamac

 

 

Joseph Antwi, better known by his stage name; King Lamac, is a Ghanaian rapper, singer and songwriter who hails from Amakom in Kumasi. He is reveled by his peers as being one of the most talented lyricist of this times. He began rapping when Shadrack Gyimah, known by his stage name as Skazoo (the founder of Aley movement), took him to the studio and recorded a song with him, then he was known as Cypher. Now based in Kwabenya, Accra, he has become the most prominent face for the Aley movement music group, releasing five(5) songs just this year, on average one(1) song for every two months.

His latest song "No Love", talks about our fake friends. It was released this year, on the 4th of August. His other prominent songs are Dirty dream, Lean wid it and 13th June.
